Rack Guides
  1. To remove rack guides in the oven, find the mounting screws on the oven side walls.
  2. Lift rack guides up and away from the screws.

  • Early model L and E Series Ovens have porcelain coated rack guides. These do not need to be removed for self-clean.
Oven Racks
  • To remove a standard rack in the oven, slide the rack forward, tipping up at full extension to remove.
  • To remove a full-extension easy glide rack, bring the rack forward and angle rack to clear the rack stops.
Black Porcelain Gas Ovens (R and GR Series Ranges)
Rack Guides
  1. To remove the rack guides, find the oblong holes on oven side walls.
  2. Rotate the bottom of the rack guide outward then lift out of the holes.
    • There is no left and right rack guide for the R and GR Series Gas Ranges. Guides will fit properly on either side.

Oven Racks
  1. To remove a rack from the oven, slide rack forward.
  2. Angle up and remove to clear rack stops.
