Do I need an appointment to visit a showroom?
We recommend that you make an appointment to ensure the best use of your time, with a dedicated product consultant to guide you through the experience. You can schedule online via the Showroom Locator.
What can I expect during a showroom visit?
Every showroom provides a tranquil, elevated environment for inspiration and discovery. You’ll see a comprehensive selection of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances in beautifully designed kitchen vignettes. Consultants will learn about your needs and interests, answer your questions, offer product advice, and help you envision your new kitchen. Some locations also offer chef-led cooking demonstrations.
Can I test the appliances?
We encourage you to interact with our products—turn knobs, open drawers, and compare features and finishes. In our demonstration kitchens, professional chefs show off the capabilities of our appliances in action. Here you can ask questions, learn about product features, and sample delicious dishes.
Are virtual appointments available?
Absolutely. If you can’t visit in person, you can schedule a virtual showroom consultation or even a virtual tour of the kitchens in our Wisconsin headquarters.
Where are showrooms located?
There are over 30 official showrooms across the U.S., including major cities like New York, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, and San Francisco. Use the Showroom Locator to find one near you.
Can I purchase appliances at the showroom?
No. Our luxury kitchen showrooms are designed to inspire and educate. Our consultants can guide you to the right retail partner and send you with a complete list of everything you’ll need for your dream kitchen.
What if there’s no showroom near me?
You can still connect with a knowledgeable consultant by phone or online. They can answer questions, provide advice, and help you explore options virtually.
I’m working with a kitchen designer. Can I bring her or him along?
We welcome you to use our showroom to explore and discuss ideas with your designer. Many of our customers find this to be an incredibly valuable way to help refine their vision and move their projects forward. If you haven’t yet chosen a design professional, we can help you find one in your local market.
So where do I buy Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances?
Look for preferred retailers who offer the Living Kitchen Experience. The next best thing to a physical or virtual showroom, these curated settings offer beautiful kitchen vignettes, expansive product displays, and expert guidance. We also sell our appliances at other trusted retailers that provide a more traditional shopping experience.
