Wolf Cleaning Reference Guide

See the Wolf Cleaning Reference for cleaning suggestions and specific cleaning recommendations for each type of surface.

Tips:

  • Do not spray cleaners into convection fans. Grease burns off during use. It is not possible to remove convection fans for cleaning. Service is needed to disassemble the oven.
  • Coffee System parts are not dishwasher-safe.
  • Speed Oven interiors are not porcelain and should be cleaned only using water and mild detergent. Refer to Speed Oven Care Recommendations for more information.

Ceran cooktop cleanerElco or Weiman® Cooktop Cleaning Crème*
Steel wool soap padsWolf has only tested S.O.S. Steel Wool Soap Pads. Do not use plain steel wool. The only S.O.S. product Wolf recommends is the Steel Wool Soap Pads.
Oven cleaner
  • Easy-Off Fume Free Oven Cleaner is specifically for use in self-cleaning ovens.

  • Fume Free Oven Cleaner comes in a blue can and is the only Easy-Off product for use in Wolf ovens. It is lemon scented.
  • Spray the oven cleaner on the floor and side walls of the oven cavity. Avoid the area where the fans are located.
